RAI currently employs around 100 staff in various part time and full time roles in back of house areas (in the kitchens), front of house operations (event delivery) Sales and New Business Development, Administration and support roles including Accounts and Human Resources.
RAI believes in team work and flexibility and recognises that the staff are key to achieving our Mission which is “to delight our customers.” We are currently working towards IIP accreditation and Servicemark to endorse this.
